Director, Producer, and Editor -  assistant edited Academy Award-nominated documentary short Knife Skills (2017); produced and directed pharmaceutical industrials; edited branded content for consulting firms and non-profits; currently directing, shooting and editing documentaries about human rights in China, the first statue of real women in Central Park, and my great grandmother who the first female civil engineer in the United States.  Member of filmmaker NYC-based collective Filmshop, and participated in 2017 Mountain Workshops (video storytelling).

Content Developer - Wrote content for case study website for the US Centers For Disease Control's Tips From Former Smokers Campaign.  Marketed PlowShare Group's expertise in tobacco counter-marketing campaigns.  

U.S. State Department Fulbright Scholarship – Beijing and Guangzhou, China         2013 – 2014
Fulbright Scholar - Conducted ten months of fully funded independent research on Chinese railroad history, with articles forthcoming.  Earned the China Government Scholarship and the US State Department Critical Language Enhancement Award.  Completed at the Inter-University Program for Chinese Studies IUP at Tsinghua University.  Earned “Outstanding Chinese Language Speech Award” at Tsinghua University.

Harvard University, Carr Center for Human Rights Policy - Cambridge, MA        2009 - 2013
Assistant to Faculty Director and Executive Director - Provided administrative support to Center Faculty Director Rory Stewart (currently British Member of Parliament).  Drafted confidential internal reports, grant proposals, and employment references.  Authored press releases for Kennedy School news website and produced course preview video for a Harvard Kennedy School graduate course.  Managed content and logistics of three 2-day field trips to the New York organizations with approximately 80 participants total.

Program Assistant - Reconciled department budget and compiled financial and non-financial data for annual report.  Assisted with marketing and client relations, and revised training program contracts.  Researched competing executive education business programs, and facilitated industry simulation.
